In a bid to smooth out the confirmation cycle for Under Graduate Projects in all Advanced education Organizations of Assam, Govt. of Assam had sent off a typical web-based confirmation entry called SAMARTH from the scholarly meeting 2023 - 2024. SAMARTH Confirmation Entrance works with the affirmation cycle of BA, BCom, BSc, and so on in web-based mode according to New Schooling Strategy 2020 in Assam.

"Samarth" is a drive by the Service of Training began in 2019, under the Public Mission on Schooling through Data and Correspondence Innovation NMEICT-II (presently NMEICT-III), with a mean to empower the colleges and Advanced education Foundations (HEIs) through a computerized structure for arranging, the board, conveyance, and observing of administrations for understudies, staff, and different partners. Under the venture, the HEIs are given a completely made due, cloud based, exhaustive ERP that is exceptionally worked for HEIs of the country.
